These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, content, and services operated by Connie Williams Ministries, Inc., doing business as Connie Williams Ministries International and Dr. Connie Williams (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, scheduling a session, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or any service offered through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book any services.

2. Services Provided

Connie Williams Ministries, Inc. provides prophetic coaching, life coaching, business coaching, and related educational or inspirational content. Services are delivered in-person or online and are designed to offer faith-based, experience-driven insight and encouragement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or content at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for coaching sessions, programs, products, events, or other services are 100% non-refundable, including but not limited to: missed or forgotten appointments; client dissatisfaction with outcomes or delivery; perceived technical issues, scheduling errors, or access problems; and cancellation or withdrawal for any reason. All sessions are non-transferable and may not be reassigned or gifted to another person.

Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time. After 48 hours, rescheduling is not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Disclaimer – No Professional Advice

All coaching, prophetic guidance, teaching, and materials provided by Dr. Connie Williams or her affiliates are for personal reflection and spiritual growth only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You agree that you participate voluntarily and are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You will seek qualified professional advice when appropriate. You hold harmless Connie Williams Ministries, Inc., its affiliates, and representatives from any decisions or outcomes you experience as a result of coaching or prophetic guidance.

5. Prophetic Guidance Disclaimer

Prophetic or spiritual insights shared by Dr. Connie Williams are subjective experiences intended to inspire prayerful reflection. They are not guarantees, forecasts, or certainties of future events. Prophetic insight is also contingent upon the decisions, actions, responses, and stewardship of the individual receiving it. You acknowledge that prophetic ministry is offered in good faith and that you are responsible for discerning and applying any insight personally and prayerfully.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and media on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and digital downloads — are the intellectual property of Connie Williams Ministries, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connie Williams Ministries, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use this website or any service, your reliance on any prophetic, coaching, or educational content, or any act, omission, or circumstance beyond our control. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connie Williams Ministries, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services, including your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or integrate third-party tools and platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, ActiveCampaign, Calendly, and others for payment processing, scheduling, or communications. These third parties have their own privacy and operational policies. We are not responsible for their actions, content, or security practices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
